Legacy of an Invisible Bullet is an app-based film experience following filmmaker and video artist, Doug Aubrey, as his cancer diagnosis leads him to delve into his film archive from his 1970s punk era, through his years a war photographer, during and after the bombs fell, and to the present where he swallows the radioactive, bullet-shaped pill that should save him from cancer.
The film is comprised of 170 short clips that are navigated by the user, in a comic book layout, with graphics by Halfdan Pisket. The navigation is organized in a linear option and thematic option, giving the user the choice of following the main story, or taking a meandering sidetrack through the various emotions and subjects.
